How Pricing Works for Dialysis Travel Coordination

Dialysis travel coordination isn’t a fixed-price product. The work varies with how many clinics need to be canvassed, how many cities are on your itinerary, and which service level fits your trip. Rather than publish a generic price that wouldn’t reflect your situation, we quote every case individually after a short feasibility review. The coordination fee itself follows a fixed rule: 20% of the medical cost, with a minimum of JPY 100,000 per case (tax included). Below is exactly what’s included in each option, and what shapes the quote you’ll receive.

Days without dialysis. If you would like a guided day of sightseeing on a day without dialysis, our standard private tour rates apply (from $350 for 4 hours, $500 for 6 hours, $680 for 8 hours). The coordination fee is not added to tour fees.

Cancellation Policy.
• 60 days or more before the Treatment Date: 100% refund of the Service Fee
• 59-30 days before: 80% refund
• 29-14 days before: 50% refund
• 13-7 days before: 30% refund
• 6 days before through the day before: 10% refund
• Same day or no-show: non-refundable
